Today was my first visit to Kintec where I was helped by Emily. Emily and I spent a good amount of time figuring out the right sneaker for my foot needs. After measuring my feet, she determined that I had a high arch, which I never knew. She asked many questions that led to her recommending the shoe and insert that I eventually purchased. Emily is very knowledgeable about feet and the shoes that can help foot problems. If you're visiting Kintec and need supportive shoes for foot problems, ask for Emily.

Refreshing these days to receive customer service from an employee who is knowledgeable, patient and courteous. Calvin helped me today to find a good pair of walking shoes. After using a tech device to scan my feet (this was an amazing tool) he brought me pairs of shoes to try that were so comfortable - they fit so well. Calvin explained the anatomical features of my feet and made recommendations that were sensible. He knew the features of each shoe that he brought me and made sure that I understood them without the slightest pressure to buy. I was totally impressed and will certainly return again soon for another pair. This store is highly recommended!

Came in today after a long overdue insole upgrade and the girl working was so kind and helpful. She gave me many options to try out to ensure I found the best fit based on my foot scan. Super knowledgeable, and good pricing!

I visited the Broadway store and was seen by Humam. What a guy. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I talked to him about the issues I'm having following surgery. He knew exactly what I was talking about and set me up with a very good pair of shoes. He helped me while he was also trying his hardest to deal with a constant inflow of costumers. He dealt with them in the same manner as me although he was run off his feet. Whatever you are paying him is probably not enough. Give this wonderful man a big pay rise for the new year.

Went in to get help with what options I could consider to improve my walking running comfort and wear and tear on my body caused by my footwear. What made my experience much more pleasant and easy, was the very informed and professional help I got from Eva who also took her time versus rushing things. The insole and shoes I purchased made quit a noticeable difference for the price and quality!! PL

Adam rocks! I didn’t have an appointment but Adam greeted me right away and helped me find the perfect shoe by fitting my feet while listening to my needs and preferences and knowing what worked best on my feet. Thank you Adam! He also measured my feet prior because the shoe size I always thought I was and my actual shoe size was different!

Four stars for Brandon, Store Manager, he is great, excellent customer service skills, I highly recommend him! If I need to see a pedorthist again at some point at this location, I will ask for someone other than Tamara. I found her distant and cold during my assessment. At one point she referred to me as "people like you" in reference to my condition. Towards the end of the assessment she would just stare at me after answering my questions. I finally had to ask her if she wanted to wrap up our time together, as the whole experience was getting pretty awkward.
